When I phoned about the drainage problem with my washing machine, I was prompting given a timely appointment, and the repair person also showed up exactly as scheduled, called first, etc. The repair was completed efficiently, and without any concerns. He even had the part in his car! At the time, I was also having a problem with the ice maker and he kindly took a look at this problem during his visit. I chose not to repair it, but he did take a good look at it, and reset it etc. to see if he could get it up and running. I have no hesitations recommending Techvill Appliance Repair in the future.

My very old Kitchenaid wash machine was leaking at spin & rinse cycles. Garrik came, diagnosed within 15 minutes. Then came back, as promised, with the part to fix it in one day. Very happy plus under warranty.

My washer isn’t draining water and my friend suggested contacting Garrik from TechVill. We booked an appointment with him and he came exactly at the time we discussed. Turned out that a small piece of fabric was stuck in the filter preventing the washer from draining the water. Garrik was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After the work was done, he took some time to explain how that piece of cloth got stuck in the filter and how to prevent this from happening again. I’m very satisfied with the service he provided and I will definitely recommend him to my friends. Thank you for the great service!

The first time around, Boris came by to fix our washer. After diagnosing the problem, he had our part ordered and the washer fixed within a week.
Eight months later, our dryer stopped working and Alan came through to diagnose and fix our dryer all within an hour.
And I didn’t catch her name, but the customer service rep I had spoken to both times was incredibly professional and would respond to my email within 24 hours and had a tech out within a couple days max.

Fixed the rubber ring on my washer. Were quick to provide a quote and schedule the repair. The technicians arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job of fixing my washer. Will hire again for any future appliance repair needs.
Their quote was the lowest of all of my estimates, and when I sent them a photo he suggested a good cleaning might fix it.
Upon closer inspection I noticed the drain holes were plugged. Once cleaned all was good!!!!!

I received a quick appointment from Techvill when I asked them to look at our ailing washing machine. John arrived promptly and was extremely thorough in his examination of the patient. He showed me photos of the problem and explained clearly what the issue was. He advised about the limited prospect of a successful repair but was more than willing to undertake it if we chose that option. When I asked his advice about a replacement, he was very informative about the pros and cons of front loader v top loader and really helpful when I asked his advice about different brands etc. Most of all, I was really appreciative of John’s advice as to how to continue to use the machine safely, until our new one arrives.

After having my washing machine quit on me mid-cycle, I immediately went to YouTube to try and diagnose the problem and try and fix it myself.
So many videos said, ‘oh, that’s a classic problem. It’s 99% of the time X’ I’ve got a couple of projects on the go, and after getting a reasonable quote from Techvill, decided to go ahead and get someone in to take care of it for me.
Evan, Techvill’s tech, diagnosed the problem which wasn’t what I’d concluded. It pays to get a professional who can dive deeper. It was worth it to have him in and find the actual problem rather than spending the time and money on a wild goose chase for a part that wasn’t the issue. He was timely, polite, gave me all of my options and was professional in every respect.

When my 10 year old washing machine started leaking, I wasn’t sure if it was going to be worth it to repair. I contacted probably 5 repair businesses and TechVill was one of 2 or 3 that got back to me. They had the best service fee ($99) and Jon repaired my machine in under an hour. The total bill was $350 including the call out fee. My husband thought this was a lot but to buy a new machine would have cost 5 times that! I was super happy with the work Jon did and I think $350 is excellent value, especially considering there’s a 3 month guarantee on the work. Well worth it and I wouldn’t hesitate to call these guys again. Customer service was also top notch- the ladies on the phone took the time to answer my questions and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do.
